Refund requests made after this period may not be approved, except in extenuating circumstances, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
2. Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
